Protect all your cherished valuables

The 'Photographic Cataloguing & DNA Forensic Marking' Service.

Have you ever been the unfortunate victim of Burglary?

A very distressing time for both you and your family.

Apart from having to initially report the matter to the Police, you will be required to quickly identify what has been stolen and be asked to prepare a detailed list of all losses in order to assist Police in their recovery.  You will also need to immediately inform the provider of your Household Contents Insurance and provide to them a copy of the list.

Your Insurance company will then require detailed and current professional valuations for ALL your valuable possessions along with receipts for ALL expensive purchases you have made and are claiming for.  They will also require detalied photographs of ALL Antique and Collectable items.

Should you be unable to provide this information it could result in lengthy delays to settle your caim.  Being unable to provide essential proof and evidence allows insurance companies the opportunity to negotiate reduced settlements at a time when you are feeling at your most vulnerable unable to think clearly.

Photo cataloguing and expert invisible DNA forensic marking, of all your valuable and cherished items.

Your property will be expertly examined by our Consultant and then thoroughly valued, Itemised, recorded, photographed and uniquely invisibly MICRODOTmarked using the very latest forensic property marking techniques (as approved by ACPO - The Association of Chief Police Officers) where your all your valuables will be instantly registered and identifiable to you alone. Thus rendering criminal re-sale virtually impossible through legitimate sources.

A detailed indexed and bespoke confidential catalogue is then prepared for your personal information and retention.  We also include three further copies for you to distribute according to your wishes and a CD ROM of the pictures we have taken.

Negotiate with your Insurance Company and lower your     'Home Contents' insurance premiums.

Another important benefit to this service is that some insurance companies provide generous discounts on annual premiums if made aware of your forethought in recording and documenting all your important valuables.  It's in both yours and their best interest to know exactly what is valuable and its true worth.

Insurance companies know there's an increased chance of items being returned sucessfully to owners following theft where forensic marking and proper photographic recording has taken place.

Undertaking a Probate 'Asset Appraisal' on behalf of H.M Revenue & Customs can be time consuming and costly.

If you are expecting to inherit an estate in excess of £325,000 your Executor/Trustee will be required to provide a fully detailed and current 'Asset Appraisal' to H.M Revenue & Customs.

Such appraisal will form the basis of calculating the appropriate amount of 'Inheritance Tax (I.H.T)' you will be required to pay which is currently 40%.  Once calculated the amount becomes payable IMMEDIATELY or as soon as practable following death on all assets above the 'NIL Rate Band' of £325k before a final distribution of the estate can take place.

Suffering the loss of a loved one is probably the most difficult and traumatic moment in our lives.           At this time most people are at their most vulnerable but are still required to work with estate executors/trustees to perform this task as quickly as possible.

To avoid the possibility of over-payment of tax due to incorrect H.M Revenue & Customs valuation and to avoid final estate settlement delays it makes sound sense to already have in your possession a professionally appraised valuation document listing all your family's valuable possessions.

Photographic cataloguing and recording your items and their true value will significantly reduce Probate delay and could possibly save you a considerable amount of time and money.
