We care about our environment! ACI operate a RECYCLE policy.                                                                                                                                         Where possible to do so we endeavour to use ready made and previously used boxes, packaging and paper products.  Please be assured, when we use recycled materials such as boxes and packaging they will be fit for purpose and applicable to use for transit. Important Information: Although we endeavour to dispatch your item/s as quickly as possible ACI can accept no responsibility or liabilities whatsoever for items arriving late due to U.K National or International commercial or industrial carrier disputes or actions which may from time to time affect delivery. All items are packaged by us for worldwide dispatch using solid external packaging and internal materials such as 'Acid Free' tissue paper and/or 'Bubble Wrap' and/or 'Polystyrene Fillers' and/or other such materials as and when necessary and appropriate. Every effort is made at all times to ensure you receive your item/s in the condition as dispatched by us but we unfortunately cannot accept any responsibility or liabilities whatsoever for any item/s that arrive in a 'Damaged' state or condition which may have been sustained in transit or items which become 'Lost' due to 'Carrier' negligence. We therefore strongly recommend you consider purchasing appropriate 'Transit Insurance' PRIOR to our dispatch of your item. ACI will be very happy to supply you with a transit insurance quotation upon request and arrange such insurance on your behalf which will be charged to you 'at cost.'
